Supplies Needed:

  1. Scissors
  2. Paracord – To make a 6 foot leash plus a 5 inch handle you will need 96 feet of each color of paracord.
  3. Lighter – To singe the ends of the paracord. Can also be used to finish and melt the ends to the main cords at the end of the paracord dog leash.
  4. Dog Leash Clip – You can use whatever you prefer as the dog leash clip. In my video I used a lobster clasp rated for a maximum weight of 40 pounds.
  5. Paracord Jig (Optional) – This is helpful for keeping your paracord tight when working.
