This paracord dog leash was made using the cats claw knot.

Supplies Needed:

1. Scissors
2. Paracord – To make a 6 foot leash with a 4 inch handle you will need 101 feet of the black paracord. You will also need one orange cord that is 120 feet.
3. Lighter – To singe the ends of the paracord. Can also be used to finish and melt the ends to the main cords at the end of the paracord dog leash.
4. Dog Leash Clip – You can use whatever you prefer as the dog leash clip. In my video I used a lobster clasp rated for a maximum weight of 40 pounds.
5. Paracord Jig (Optional) – This is helpful for keeping your paracord tight when working.
