DIY Paracord Dog Leash – Chained Endless Falls Knot

DIY Paracord Dog Leash Chained Endless Falls Knot

In this video I show you how to make your own chained endless falls knot dog leash.

The main part of this leash was made using the chained endless falls knot. The handle was made using a two strand snake knot. The finishing knot at the end of the handle is a footrope knot.

Supplies Needed:

  1. Scissors

  2. Paracord

    – The length depends on the length you want the leash to be. In the video I used 11 feet and 8 inches of paracord. The length of the leash was 8 inches and the handle was 5 inches. I had left over 14 inches of the pink paracord and 30 inches of the black paracord. Each of the two cords were folded in half when I made the leash.

  3. Lighter

    – To singe the ends of the paracord. Can also be used to finish and melt the ends to the main cords at the end of the paracord dog leash.

  4. Dog Leash Clip

    – You can use whatever you prefer as the dog leash clip. In my video I used a lobster clasp rated for a maximum weight of 40 pounds.
